These .223 / 5.56, 55 Grain Full Metal Jacket Boat Tail (FMJBT) pull down bullets are manufactured by Federal and feature a .224″ diameter. They are ideal for reloaders looking for quality military-style projectiles for target shooting and practice ammunition.
As pull-down bullets, they may exhibit very light pull marks or minor cosmetic blemishes from the disassembly process. Bullets are otherwise in excellent condition.
The copper jacket extends approximately 1/16 inch farther than the exposed lead core, creating a slight recess in the lead. Because of this design, these bullets may not feed reliably through Mr. Bullet Feeder® or other automated bullet feeders used on progressive loading presses.
