This is new never fired primed brass that was loaded and had to have the bullet pulled due to powder charge. Head stamp is SAR. 100 Pack. This is pull down brass. It might have minor dents, and we would suggest running through a neck sizing die while loading.  You are purchasing primed Brass cases. This is not complete live ammunition.
