30-06 Grenade launch blanks with launcher. Remove cap with firing pin, insert 30-06 grenade launch blank, reinstall cap and throw up in the air. Firing device will level out in air with tail finn up and firing device down, When firing device hits the ground it make a loud bang and fires the blank.
